Cedar Creek Wealth is hiring an Investor Relations Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.

Summary:
This position will work on various projects providing administrative support to the Investor Relations department. This candidate will
possess strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multi-task seamlessly, and work well in a team environment. This
candidate shall have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support
to upper management.

Administrative Functions:
The Administrative Assistants tasks shall include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Deadline Management
  • Scheduling Department Meetings
  • Assisting in gathering data for consistent investor updates’
  • Assisting in issuing quarterly and annual investor updates’
  • Assisting in Investor Organization within InvestNext such as Tagging
  • Assist with Accreditation Tracking and Verification
  • Providing support directly to Investor Relations team
  • Basic/intermediate computer and office software knowledge

Essential Functions:
The Administrative Assistant’s job responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Oversee calendar for scheduling challenges and working to resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Highly responsive to invites and requests for meeting planning, often in less than 24 hours
  • Calendar management, will require working closely with other departments
  • Running logistical details for meetings, including room reservations, video conference set up, and order and coordinate
    meals and snacks for meetings as needed
  • Proactively planning for teams’ needs, including arranging for travel time and needs for each meeting
  • Coordinate, schedule and attend various meetings; compile, prepare, revise, edit, and issue related notices, agenda items,
    meeting minutes and supporting documents
  • E-mail Management for Director of Investor Relations Assist with teams’ travel bookings and submitting expense reports as needed  Track deadlines and ensure they are met
  • Assist in the communications between departments as needed
  • Anticipate the needs of the team and formulate plans as such
  • Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, maintaining spreadsheets, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contact database
  • Research, analyze and compile data for reports and presentations as needed
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
  • Other administrative duties and projects as assigned 

Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications:
The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills:

  • 2+ years’ experience in administrative role reporting directly to upper management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Real Estate, Private Equity, Investments, Self-storage, or Commercial Real Estate Development experience is a plus
  • Astonishing attention to detail and the ability to follow-up/follow through
  • Extremely Organized with strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to help meet deadlines
  • Superb written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to keep company confidences
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

  • Work is performed primarily in an office environment using standard office equipment
  • Clear speaking and adequate hearing sufficient to communicate effectively and respond appropriately in person and/or
    via other technology
  • Use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, working at a computer
  • Reaching above and/or below shoulder – may lift to 30+ pounds
  • Standing, walking, and bending. Sitting for extended periods of time
  • Vision sufficient to read source materials and other data
